The Danes have lied to us. Our first week in Denmark has revealed certain untruths. The first being the so called "flatness" of their country. We have encountered numerous hills, and worse still generous amounts of head on wind.
They have furthermore claimed to have excellent signposted cycle paths, which we have found lacking with signs hidden in bushes which has resulted in our countless involuntary detours.
However on the whole we would like praise Denmark for it's amazing amount of cycle paths covering most of the country, tak Danmark!!
